Project Success Story
TDGES recently completed a highly successful project in 2024 involving the fabrication and integration of multiple metering skids and relays designed to measure electricity expenditure. This project required precise engineering to meet the client’s specific energy monitoring needs. Our team at TDGES was responsible for fabricating each metering skid with accuracy and ensuring the components were tailored for seamless integration into the existing electrical infrastructure.
The project was completed and delivered on time. This project required the integration of over 200 electrical components. We prioritized durability, accuracy, and ease of operation throughout the fabrication process. After the fabrication phase, our experts integrated the skids into the client’s system, ensuring smooth functionality and reliable, real-time electricity monitoring.

A titan of industry, Jarrod has implemented new standards of innovation and creativity throughout his companies. Over the years, he has founded or been made a partner in a wide range of businesses that span from staffing to commercial restoration, real estate, and energy.

Ken Pitlik is Vice President of Fabrication and Automation at TDG Energy Services. His focus is on market share growth for Fabrication and Automation. His accomplishments in business development and executive management have given him prominence in the oil and gas industry over the years.
For over 30 years every challenging assignment he’s taken on has resulted in a fruitful venture. Ken has successfully acquired new clientele for a variety of products and services, which translates into the enterprise experiencing steady growth. Ken has been successful in many industries, beginning with his time served as a Sergeant in the US Air Force.

Taylor Simon is the Director of Administration for TDG Energy Services. Her role is extensive as she is responsible for all the inner functioning of TDGES in order to maintain a consistent standard of care.
Taylor’s previous experience as Operations Manager has helped her in providing the most professional, courteous and efficient customer service to all clients and vendors. Dustin Day is a Project Director of TDG Energy Services. He has substantial experience in strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities. Dustin specializes in ensuring the project produces the specified results in the annual workplan(s) to the required standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters.
Dustin’s extensive knowledge of engineering, specifically in Energy and Petrochem sectors, has earned him an outstanding reputation in the industry for over 30 years. He has multiple certifications including OSHA, MSHA, TAMUK, and more.
John Arcilla
Director of Operations
John Arcilla is the Director of Operations at TDG Energy Services. He has notable technical and operations experience that allows him to ensure his client’s projects are completed on budget. John brings his knowledge of over 20 years of experience to TDG Energy Services which provides his client’s with the vast technical background he has acquired to help guide them on the best way to complete the project safely.
