Project Success Story
Our most recent success story in 2021 results from a Turnkey Project within the Energy Sector. The project was bid by TDG Energy Services in the first quarter of the year and consists with a very tight schedule of 11 months. The services offered were Project Management, Project Services, all Engineering Disciplines, all Design Disciplines, all Procurement, Fabrication of 32 modules (Skids) that were to be interconnected at the construction site, and all Construction Management. The 32 modules were each enclosed within an interlocking panel structure design and were fully conditioned and complemented to serve as a laboratory, office facility, and living quarters. Each of the modules has a single-point lift design, allowing us to save time in the field and improve accuracy and safety.
Each of the modules goes through a complete Factory Acceptance Test prior to being sent to the site. Once at the site all modules will have the interconnects connected and then an overall Performance Test will be performed. Once the testing is completed the Commissioning part of our scope commences and our Warranty is put in place.
We are currently two (2) weeks ahead of our Critical Path Schedule and see no obstructions within our way for the finishing of the project. We have had no safety issues and with a Safety Record of 100%. We have had no cost overruns, though we have been asked to modify the original scope in a few instances that resulted in Change Orders. The modifications were asked for by the Client as project enhancements.
The most telling factor about a Successful Project is the fact that both the Client as well as our TDG Project Team both still completely respect each other and continue to work hand-in-hand towards the final goal of a showcase project.

Taylor Simon is the Director of Administration for TDG Energy Services. Her role is extensive as she is responsible for all the inner functioning of TDGES in order to maintain a consistent standard of care.

Dustin’s extensive knowledge of engineering, specifically in Energy and Petrochem sectors, has earned him an outstanding reputation in the industry for over 30 years. He has multiple certifications including OSHA, MSHA, TAMUK, and more.
John Arcilla
Director of Operations
John Arcilla is the Director of Operations at TDG Energy Services. He has notable technical and operations experience that allows him to ensure his client’s projects are completed on budget. John brings his knowledge of over 20 years of experience to TDG Energy Services which provides his client’s with the vast technical background he has acquired to help guide them on the best way to complete the project safely.
